Downtown Brooklyn BID Identities

Naiad Design created a logo for one of the newer Business Improvement Districts in Downtown Brooklyn, the Court Livingston Schermerhorn BID. The logo was prepared for the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership, which oversees the BID. The square pattern in the logo references the small-scale neighborhoods surrounding the BID and the pattern of window and building shapes, particularly in the area’s many postwar governmental / institutional buildings.

Website for Planning & Real Estate Firm

A new website for the top land use planning and real estate firm in New Jersey, Phillips Preiss Grygiel Leheny Hughes LLC, hosted on the SquareSpace platform. This new website, launched concurrent with the firm’s name change and addition of two new principals, creates a more engaging online presence. The website showcases recent work on the home page, uses the Post feature to profile dozens of firm projects in a searchable database, and provides highly-visual links from the home page to the most important content, the diffe

A website created while at The Cecil Group. Diana Marsh created the design for Connect Kendall Square, a design competition to create a unified approach to diverse existing and planned open spaces in and around Kendall Square / Eastern Cambridge. The new design included a competition logo and color palette. The website, using a customized WordPress.org theme, provided a clear reference point for competitors and the public regarding the design competition. The Cecil Group worked for Don Stastny of STASTNY:Architect, the Competition Coordinator, and the City of Cambridge. The web site was taken down after the competition ended.
